For each medicine, I would be grateful for the following information, where available:

Active ingredient
Brand/product name
Pharmaceutical form
Strength
Pack size
Year and, if available, month
Quantity prescribed
Quantity dispensed
Quantity supplied or distributed
Number of prescriptions or dispensing events
Reimbursement amount, if applicable

If the data are available at product level, I would particularly appreciate receiving the information by individual product, strength and pharmaceutical form, preferably disaggregated by year.

I am not requesting any personal data, individual patient information, or information that could identify individual patients. I am requesting only aggregated statistical information relating to medicines.

If the information is available electronically, I would be grateful if it could be provided in Excel or CSV format, where possible.
