I'm from Finland here in Chakvi, for vocation with kids ( 1 with autism)
Dog in the building bites me and owner even NOT HOLD LASHES!
After couple days she with 2 dogs was on front of elevator and once doors opened ( my sister was in elevator) dogs barking and tried jump to the elevator! She asked owner WHY DOG STILL WALKING FREE AND TRYING BITE PEOPLE? She said: Don't complain, you are foreigner in my country and not big deal a little bite, no need even vaccines, because my dog vaccinated!
I was in the hospital and had 4 shots ( by doctor decision) my dress is damaged, I'm scared for my health.
Please control this dog! Doctor said 14 days watch. I don't want talk to this crazy owner of that dog, she already destroyed my vocation, my kids using stairs, because scared use elevator! Please remove this dog from our building!
Police informed. All vaccines and incident video from building camera can provide as proof.
