Add an annotation to “საზღვარგარეთის სასწავლო კურსები და ამ კურსებზე გაგზავნილი თანამშრომლების რაოდენობა და მათი სამუშაო პოზიციები - 2013-2023 წწ”

Annotations are so anyone, including you, can help the requester with their request. For example:
